Shield Global Ambassador Program: Open for Application

We’ve been nonstop stress-testing the trading protocol, conducting bug campaigns and even our first Genesis Trading competition, in an effort to strengthen and fine-tune features ahead of the imminent Mainnet launch. Staying true to our global and decentralized ethos, we feel the time has arrived to open the gates of our community allowing the entire public to get involved with Shield and share our vision. Not only can our most devoted and inspired members earn SLD but all newcomers are welcome!

We are now openly recruiting passionate and talented individuals to join us in our journey! Are you an active trader, a content writer, or perhaps a graphic designer with a big passion for Shield and our $SLD? If you want to take a piece of the pie, then you can apply to become one of our Shield Ambassadors.

Who are we looking for?

1) Regional Community Moderators

Unique community moderators enjoy Shield and our pursuit of making Shield. Community moderators shall gently and patiently assist other community members with Shield-related queries and problems and provide community input to improve our grasp of stakeholders’ problems. After a successful application, Shield moderators will receive a “moderator” badge. Community moderators from all over the world are encouraged to apply, as we work to broaden the scope of our initiative.

An ideal candidate would have:

• Experience in community management
• Languages such as Vietnamese, Turkish, Russian, etc
• Solid knowledge about Shield

2) Social Media Content Creators

We’re recruiting competent storytellers and social media enthusiasts who know how to interact with other Twitter users and successfully inform our followers about our latest updates. Education about Shield and what we are achieving in the grand scheme of things is vital for this gig. Your role as a social media writer at Shield is to assist us in connecting and communicating with our awesome community, ultimately raising awareness of our project and objectives. The social media ambassador’s position will be primarily focused on major social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, and possibly others!

Here are some requirements for becoming a social media writer at Shield:

• Excellent grasp of the English language
• Several years of social experience is a must, crypto-related experience is a plus
• Experience in writing for other languages is welcome

3) Graphic Designers

Shield is open to graphic designers to help us develop engaging visual content that demonstrates our vision and educates the community. We’ll work together to spread the word about the nuances of the new economy. Responsibilities will involve the development of educational and entertaining material (videos, graphics, GIFs, stickers) on various project-related topics. Graphic designers with experience who really can create stunning banners for milestones such as new collaborations, promotions, and platform enhancements, are encouraged to apply.

• Base pay starting from the monthly payment of $300 in SLD after the trial period of 45 days

Compensation/Reward Structure

$500 in SLD — If you set up a local Telegram community with more than 1000 real and active members, you will be able to earn $500 in SLD.

Up to $500 in SLD — For video creators: Up to $500 in SLD can be earned when good quality videos are published and shared on Youtube or other popular video streaming networks

$300 in SLD — Base compensation for selected community ambassadors (Trial period of 45 days)

$100 in SLD — For every 1000 members gained in local Telegram communities, you can earn $100 SLD after the initial $500 in SLD earned for community building.

Up to $100 in SLD — If you are a social media influencer, publishing a post on a blog (Medium, Reddit, Publish0x… and beyond), quality posts can earn you a maximum of $100 in SLD EACH.

Recruitment is done on a rolling basis and positions are given on flexible terms. An ideal candidate would have active involvement in our SLD ecosystem. Those with published works are going to be given priority, but newcomers are welcome to give it a shot!
